Cablevision offers VoIP to SMBs
Cablevision announced that it is now
offering small and medium-sized business customers across its entire service
area up to 12 lines of its award-winning Optimum Voice phone service. Each line
features flat-rate, unlimited local and long-distance calling and advanced
calling features like Caller ID, call waiting and enhanced voicemail, at no
additional charge.

lines of the market's best phone service -- Optimum Voice," said Joseph Varello,
Cablevision's vice president for digital voice and small business product
marketing. "With unlimited calling, advanced features and an unbeatable
flat-rate value price, Optimum Voice is the phone service of choice for an
expanding array of area businesses."
Optimum Voice for Business phone service includes advanced features like 24/7
technical support and 14 calling features including enhanced voicemail, call
waiting, caller ID, call hunting, caller ID blocking (*67), anonymous
call-blocking, call return (*69), three-way calling and call forwarding,
directory assistance (411), VIP ringing, find me, caller ID on call waiting and
busy redial -- all at no additional cost.
This enhancement of Optimum Voice for Business continues the expansion of
Cablevision's business class services which also includes Optimum Online and
Optimum Online Boost with Static IP Internet addresses.
The Optimum Double Play for Business includes Optimum Online and Optimum Voice,
each for $29.95 per month for one year. Optimum Online Boost with static IP is
available for an additional $24.90 per month. For customers with four or more
lines each additional Optimum Voice for Business line is available for $29.95
per line.
